Our experienced team worked closely together for many years at a family run company called JVA Electrical which was owned by Jim Albert. Jim‘s son Craig decided to start up his own company CPA Property Services keeping the core team together and to move forward with a different vision. Still located in the same area and offering similar services, our aim is to become the best at what we do keeping value for money for all our customers. Our team are fair, transparent and honest. We are determined to contribute to the industry in the right way by keeping standards and expectations high

As a relatively newly established family run company - incorporated in 2019 - we pride ourselves on having strong core values. Our core management team are extremely experienced in their respected fields and customer satisfaction is always a top priority. We are a multi-sector company who can offer multi-trade services to a high standard.

Our Mission

Our mission is to be known for having a fair and honest approach to everything we do. To be the best we can be. To create a workplace where people want to be, come and work, learn and progress and not want to leave. We want to contribute to the industry by keeping the standards high and offer apprenticeships to generation after generation. A personal mission of our MD is to pass the family business on to his children who will hopefully keep the legacy going. We are always on the lookout for new people to join us and help us keep pushing forward, to get better and better.
